At NothingProjector, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home cinema experience. If your projector or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the item.

• 2.
  Receive Return Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our service center.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack the device in its original packaging with all included cables and remotes, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
